Stardate 42859.2 Ordered to transport delegates to a Federation conference on Pacifica, the Enterprise beams up two representatives from the planet Antede Three. Unaccustomed to space travel, the Antedians arrive in self-induced comatose states to deal with the trauma of their voyage. The crew is surprised by the unexpected arrival of another conference invitee: Lwaxana Troi (Majel Barrett). Lwaxana's daughter Deanna (Marina Sirtis) warns Picard (Patrick Stewart) that Lwaxana is in "the Phase" - the period in which a Betazoid woman's sex drive increases tenfold! While Lwaxana relentlessly pursues Picard, the Antedians return to consciousness with a deadly secret mission: to destroy the Federation Conference! |

Stardate 42901.3 The Enterprise receives orders from Starfleet Command to beam aboard special emissary K'Ehleyr (Suzie Plakson), a half-human, half-Klingon female. Worf (Michael Dorn) behaves coldly towards K'Ehleyr who tells Picard (Patrick Stewart) they are to intercept the T'Ong, a Klingon vessel whose crew has been in a 75-year cryogenic sleep. If the Klingons awake believing the Federation and the Klingon Empire are still enemies, there could be a full-scale war. After a volatile meeting with Worf, K'Ehleyr seeks refuge in the Holodeck and Worf's demanding calisthenics program. There, she and Worf meet again and team to battle deadly alien warriors. After the program, Worf and E'Ehleyr, once romantically tied, consummate their passion. As Worf and K'Ehleyr struggle to define their stormy relationship, the Klingons awake and the Enterprise's worst fears are brought to life. |
