This is the 2nd edition of the title. Frame counts and chapter stops are exactly the same, but the disc label is on the 'face up' side and is on the generic "DiscoVision" labels. This edition also includes a "Level II" data dump, intended for use on the PR-7820 player. The datadump does not actually do anything - except probably reinitialize the memory. I'm not sure what DiscoVision was thinking in producing a "Model 7820" version of the disc. The player didn't offer Automatic Picture Stop codes or chapter display/searching.
